ZTT will be piloting the training through a cohort-based, community of practice style learning experience beginning in early 2020. The training aims to build knowledge and skills for integrating mindfulness and self-compassion practices within early childhood settings. As a result of this learning experience, participants will:
💙 Increase their understanding of the mindfulness research related to early childhood settings
💙 Deepen their practice of mindfulness and self-compassion
💙 Build confidence in sharing mindfulness, and self-compassion concepts and introducing basic practices with others
